By using HookCraft Studio, purchasing digital products, or downloading free resources, you agree to the following terms.

1. Digital Product Delivery

All Hook Packs, VFX Packs, Templates, and Assets are delivered instantly via digital download.

Your purchase grants:

• Full commercial use
• Unlimited personal use
• Non-exclusive license

2. Usage Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Resell or redistribute the raw video files
• Claim authorship of HookCraft assets
• Package the assets as your own product
• Sell the hooks as stock footage

You MAY:

• Use them in your content
• Use them in client projects
• Use them in ads

3. Refund Policy

Because digital products are instantly delivered and cannot be “returned,” all sales are final. Prices shown are exclusive of any applicable taxes. Buyers are responsible for local taxes, duties, or fees if applicable.”

Refunds are only granted if:

• A file is corrupted and cannot be downloaded
• A duplicate purchase was made accidentally

We do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind
• Not understanding what is included
• Purchasing the wrong pack

4. Affiliate Links

Some pages may contain affiliate links. We only promote tools we believe in.

5. Service Agreements

For Done-For-You Hook Creation orders:

• Delivery takes 3–7 days
• Revisions are limited (1 round unless specified)
• No refunds after delivery
• You maintain commercial rights to the delivered hooks

6. Governing Law

These terms follow international digital commerce standards.
