Digital Products

All Hook Packs, VFX Packs, and Bundles are delivered instantly as digital downloads.

Because digital products cannot be returned once accessed, all sales are final. Prices shown are exclusive of any applicable taxes. Buyers are responsible for local taxes, duties, or fees if applicable.

Refunds may be considered only if:

• A file is corrupted and cannot be accessed after download

• A duplicate purchase was made accidentally

Done-For-You Services

Due to the custom nature of Done-For-You Hook Creation services:

• No refunds are provided once the first draft has been delivered

• All project details, timelines, and deliverables are agreed upon before work begins

SaaS Subscriptions (When Available)

HookCraft Studio software subscriptions will be billed on a recurring basis.

• No free trials are offered unless explicitly stated at launch

• Subscriptions can be canceled at any time

• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods

Additional terms will be clearly outlined at the time of software launch.
